Emeline's 8th BIRTHDAY SURPRISE PARTY
I had a birthday party, it was awesome! It was the best birthday party ever because it was in London and it was a surprise. My friend Alan made me a elephant cake because it is my favorite animal. At my party I didn't know what was going on because I was so shocked. It meant a lot to me because my new friends were there.
On my actual birthday, March 27 when I first walked downstairs was a sign from mommy that said Happy 8th Birthday Emeline. It said that Mommy would make me breakfast that morning. She made me pancakes and eggs, my favorite. Pop pop and Memaw came to visit me for my birthday and ate breakfast with me. We opened presents. I got a paper UFO from Pop pop, clothes, painting and drawing set, Paddington Bear with a book, a new backpack, and mommy got me Lion King tickets for that night. It was a great show, but Wicked is still my favorite. I also got to go to have tea at Harrod's. I got to wear my new kilt with a matching hat from mommy.

WOW!!! That does sound like the BESTEST birthday ever!!! And a super-cool elephant cake too!!! I saw Lion King on Broadway and it was wonderful...but WICKED is my favorite too! Don't tell Katie, but I'm taking her to see WICKED here this Saturday, but she doesn't know yet! I'm so glad you got to have your very special birthday party in London!!! Love you!
